You're a well-versed Account Manager that may have been recently promoted and you're now looking for a new challenge. Your peers would described you as confident, proactive, outside the box thinker who can stand behind ideas and speak up when needed. You take initiative with your clients and drive work forward through the agency. Character wise you are down to earth, approachable, vibrant and super organised.
Your previous agency experience means you are a natural at multitasking and understand the pressures and deadlines associated to working in a busy agency.
Desired Skills and experience
2 + experience working within a fast-paced agency environment
Through-the-line campaign experience, with emphasis on direct, Collateral and special campaign briefs
Impeccable attention to detail and ability to articulate a clear point of view to teammates, colleagues, and clients
Confidence representing the agency at client meetings, and the ability to hit the ground running
Salary Package - $55,000-65,000k plus super.
